Welcome to Venice, the Queen of the Adraitic. Upon arrival to Marco Polo Airport, enjoy a water taxi ride to your hotel. After you freshen up, enjoy the day at your leisure, or perhaps a cruise tour of the floating city.

Venice, Italy

Today is all about exploring what makes Venice, Venice, the craftspeople. Visit the studio of a local glassblower or a battiloro (traditional goldbeater) and see them at work. Skip the line and enjoy a guided tour at Doge’s Palace, or the Galleria dell’Accademia.

To The Dolomites

After check out, transfer to Marco Polo Airport for a scenic helicopter flight directly to White Deer San Lorenzo Mountain Lodge property. Upon landing on the private helipad, you’ll be greeted by the Lodge manager who will ensure you’re settled in. Enjoy afternoon tea, get to know the property.

San Lorenzo, Italy

After a morning relaxing at the lodge, meet your private helicopter on the property’s helipad for a sightseeing tour through the Dolomites. After you return, enjoy local wines on the patio before a chef prepared dinner at the lodge.

Self Sustaining Lodge

White Deer San Lorenzo Mountain Lodge was originally a Bishop’s hunting lodge built in the 16th century. It’s been meticulously renovated, maintaining as much of the original lodge as possible. Its renovation was done with a self-sustaining mindset.

Natural Spring Water

The lodge uses the natural spring water from the property throughout.

Living off the land

Wood from the estate property is used to heat the lodge as well as the kitchen’s stove and fireplace. Interior walls and archways using wood and stone from the estate property.

  • The drive to/from Venice and San Lorenzo is about three hours through a scenic roadway. The helicopter flight to/from Venice and San Lorenzo is under one hour.
